Our application collects location data to enable Smart Route Tracking and automatically log your customer store visits. This includes collecting background location data while you are actively "Checked-In" to your shift, even when the app is closed or not in use. This ensures accurate mileage tracking and visit duration logs for enterprise reimbursements. Tracking terminates completely when you "Check-Out".
We request access to your physical activity data (Activity Recognition) strictly to determine if you are moving or stationary. We use this data solely to turn off GPS tracking when you are not moving, which saves your device's battery life during your shift. We do not use, store, or share your physical activity data for any health, fitness, or medical tracking purposes.
Our application requires access to your device's camera to capture images (such as selfies for attendance verification or photos of store visits) and microphone to utilize speech-to-text functionalities for entering field notes and remarks.
We may also collect non-personal information about your use of our application.
We take the security of your personal information seriously and employ industry-standard security measures to protect it. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We don't share any information with anyone. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to unrelated third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
